Commissioner commends Governor Dickson’s administration unparalleled achievements in Bayelsa

   The Bayelsa State Commissioner for Special Projects, Mr. Pius Jonah has commended Governor Henry Seriake Dickson for his administration’s unparalleled achievements in all sectors of the state.

  Mr. Jonah made the commendation while on formularization tour of ongoing projects embarked upon by the administration.
   The commissioner who was accompanied by the former commissioner for Works and Infrastructure, Barrister Lawrence Ewhrudjakpo who is the Bayelsa West Senatorial Candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), described Governor Dickson as a God sent leader whose administration for the short period has brought hope and happiness to the people of the state.

   Mr. Jonah expressed appreciation for the administration efforts to finish Ekeremor road to enhance effective and efficient transportation system in the area.
   He noted that the only work left to be done on the road is some restructuring work which will commence any moment from now.
    “Some part of the road is too narrow from Isampou community to Ekeremor, we are going to measure out the areas that are too narrow and reconstruct it to the normal road size,” he stated.
   The commissioner also thanked Governor Dickson for given him the appointment to serve in his administration and pledged to do his best to actualize the policies and programmes of the administration.
    Mr. Jonah used the forum to appeal to the people of Ekeremor Local Government Area not to see election as a do or die affairs, stressing that they should conduct themselves in orderly manner to enthrone peaceful election next year.
   The commissioner and his entourage also address the entire community at the civic centre and paid courtesy visit to HRH Agbodo Gbaseinmo in his palace. 

   An eyewitness report says the entire people of Ekeremor were happy to Governor Dickson for the gesture and pledged their support to the administration.
