November 11 Governorship Election: APC Won All Polling Units At NDDC MD Home Town in Bayelsa

The All Progressives Congress (APC) has won the November 11 governorship election in all the 9 polling units at Ayakoro, the home town of the Managing Director/CEO of the Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC), Chief (Dr) Samuel Ogbuku in Ogbia local government area of Bayelsa state.

The election which kicked off as at when due recorded large turn out and is most peaceful, free and fair according to our reporter who monitored the election in the area.

Ogbuku, who spoke to journalists on Saturday shortly after casting his vote at unit 001, Derime polling unit Ayakoro in ward 3 of area, described the election as peaceful.

The NDDC helmsman further assured the people of Niger Delta to use his good office to extend the dividend of democracy to the Niger Delta States, stressing that the renewed hope of President  Tinubu's administration would touch the people of Niger Delta.
