IYC President pledges to leave behind enduring legacies to create self-reliance * Calls for unity, love among stakeholders

The President of the Ijaw Youth Council (IYC), Sir Jonathan Lokpobiri Snr has said that his administration would leave behind enduring legacies that would create self-reliance among stakeholders to become great men.
Sir Lolpobiri who said this in a chat with Global Overseer during his birthday celebration in Ijaw House, Yenagoa, maintained that his administration has recorded rare achievements that uplifted the socio-economic well being of stakeholders in the areas of employment, education and other areas of survival to become great people in the universe, but not just the ongoing secretariat and the drainage projects the council is embarking upon.
He called for unity and love among the stakeholders of Ijaw Youth Council to achieve it set goals.
Sir Jonathan reiterated the commitment of the present leadership to take the IYC to enviable heights and finished strong.
" May God continue to honour you as you honour me today. And by God's grace we will not only finished strong but will take the council to all time enviable heights.
According to him, with the awareness they had today will not allow leadership that is lackadaisical that will not take care of the people.
He re-emphasized that all will consciously work together to install a new leadership after his tenure that will enhance the performance of the council that would even greater than the current leadership would left behind.
" I don't believe that nobody can do better than me. I don't believe it. l believe that Ijaw nation will make greater strides," he asserted.
