APC Flagbearer urges newlyweds to build marriage on love

The APC Flagbearer of Ogbia Constituency 1 Bayelsa State House of Assembly, High Chief Ebiango Okoba Egain, Emafi 1V has urged newlyweds, Caroline Ateki and Engr. Idumangi Nabil Mandator, to build their marriage on love, tolerance and mutual understanding.

High Chief Ebiango, who was Chairman of the Occasion at the traditional marriage ceremony held on Saturday, August 8, 2026, gave the advice in Otuoke Community, Ogbia Local Government Area of Bayelsa State.

Speaking during the ceremony, the APC Ogbia Constituency 1 Flagbearer, described marriage as a continuous learning process that requires commitment and patience from both partners.

He reminded the couple that marriage brings together two imperfect people who must work together to build a peaceful and loving home and that the success of a marriage depends on the willingness of both partners to understand, accommodate and support each other through life's challenges.

High Chief Ebiango congratulated Caroline and Idumangi on their union and prayed for God's blessings, peace and enduring happiness in their home.
