Dr Osaisai who make his feeling known on Thursday at the formal dedication of his campaign office to God along Isaac Boro Expressway in Yenagoa, also decried over the state of underdevelopment and the alarming rate of abject poverty bedeviling the people of the state.
The PDP governorship hopeful who hails from Koluama in Southern Ijaw Local Government of the state pledged to ensure constant electricity supply to make life more meaningful for the people when given the mantle of leadership to govern the state.
Dr. Osaisai who earlier declared his intention to contest the governorship election in the House of God in Koluama, and among the first to picked the PDP expression of intent and nomination form, also assured to address the problems of insecurity of lives and property in the state as soon as he was sworn in on February 14, 2020.
Noting that it is only the wicked can rule in darkness, he said he will rule in daylight and carry everybody along in his administration.
“By October 1st Bayelsa state will be 23years. There are quite a number of challenges here. And that is why we are prepared to provide service. We are prepared to provide leadership.
One thing that troubles me, you cannot move freely in Yenagoa after about 7pm. Isn’t it? That is insecurity. We have to find away to prevent this to our people.
We have to find away to ensure that the level of poverty in Bayelsa is reduce in such a way that the means of livelihood of every Bayelsan is provided. If I become the governor those are some of the things I must do.
One of the challenges we have here also, does the devil operate in Darkness or Day Light? One of the problems we find here in Bayelsa even in the State Capital is Darkness,” he asserted.
The PDP governorship aspirant promised to also construct motorable roads to link communities in the rural areas to the state capital, starting from Yenagoa to Brass, Akassa, Yenagoa to Southern Ijaw and to Agge in the three Senatorial District of the state.
According to him, his administration when given the mandate would establish functional hospitals in the rural areas to enhance healthcare delivery.
He commended the people of the state for the large turnout at the dedication ceremony and pledged to serve them with utmost loyalty and selfless service.
Also in his opening remarks, Venerable I. A. Odibikuma extolled the virtues of Dr Osaisai and the right steps he has taken towards his desire to govern the people of the state.
Venerable Odibikuma stated emphatically that he has not seen a politician who has done his formal declaration to contest an election in the House of God, but Dr Osaisai did it in his home town Koluama, in the Church.
The gesture, he said, was a clear manifestation of his desire to serve the people to improve their socio-economic and political wellbeing but not to suffer them.
Noting that when the righteous rule the people rejoice while  when wicked rule the people suffer, the man of God warned Bayelsans to be wise this time around not to put themselves into suffering again by chosen the right man to govern them on November 16 governorship election of the state.
According to him the dedication of Dr Osaisai campaign office was designed to pave him a smooth way to Creek Haven.
In his vote of thanks, Dr Ayakeme Whisky described Dr Osaisai as a God fearing leader and a man who has the vision to rule the state for the overall benefit of the people.
He highlighted some of his achievements and selfless services to humanity and urged the people to vote for him during the PDP primaries and the governorship election.
The highlight of the ceremony was the dedication of Dr. Franklin Erepamo Osaisai Governorship Campaign Office to God by Reverend Bernard Ndukwu Daniel.
