OCAF Congratulates Ogbara Over His Emergence As Bayelsa Chief Whip

Stakeholders of Ogbia Constituency II Advancement Forum (OCAF) heartily Congratulates Hon(Chief) Gabriel Michael Ogbara on his emergence as Chief Whip of the Bayelsa State House of Assembly.

The congratulatory message which was contained in a statement by the Chairman of the forum, Comrade Majesty Inegbagha, described Hon Ogbara's elevation as well deserved, considering his exemplary leadership qualities, impeccable character and unwavering commitment to the betterment of humanity.

Comrade Inegbagha said, members of OCAF are exceedingly joyous to associate with him, noting his sterling qualities as a political strategist and administrator, pacesetter, bridge builder and helper of the down trodden.

He firmly believes, the Chief Whip will demonstrate progressive credentials through hard work, sagacity, selfless service and commitment toward improvement of the socio-economic and political wellbeing of the people.

He added that the lawmaker possesses alright human capacity to effectively unite the members of the house to work as a team and make viable laws that would promote progress and development of the state.

He used the forum to also congratulate Hon God knows Obein member representing Ogbia Constituency II and his Ogbia Constituency I counterpart, Hon Richard Ibegu for their successful inauguration, and urged them to work as a team with the Chief Whip as inseparable entity to foster unity, peace, love and development of Ogbia Kingdom.
